This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app, InstaSaver: HD Stories & Reels. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1) Information We Collect

To provide a high-quality experience and maintain app functionality, we collect the following data:

  • Identifiers (Device ID): We collect your device's unique advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and other device-level IDs. This is used for Third-Party Advertising and Tracking purposes.

  • Purchases (Purchase History): We collect your in-app purchase history to unlock premium features and manage your subscription status. Billing is handled securely by Apple; we do not store your payment card details.

  • Location (Coarse Location): We collect approximate location data to serve relevant regional advertisements and content.

  • Usage Data (Advertising Data): We collect information about the advertisements you see and interact with to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

  • Diagnostics (Crash & Performance Data): We collect crash logs and performance metrics (such as launch time) to monitor app stability and fix bugs.

  • User Content: The app processes media links (URLs) you provide to facilitate downloads. Media files are saved locally to your device; we do not upload your private media content to our servers.

2) How We Use Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide app features (downloads and premium access).

  • To show personalized advertisements that match your interests.

  • To process and verify subscription status.

  • To monitor app performance and perform troubleshooting.

3) App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Ads

For users on iOS, we comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

  • Tracking Disclosure: We use device identifiers to track user activity across apps and websites for advertising purposes.

  • Your Choice: You will be presented with a system prompt ("Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track"). If you opt-out, we will not use your IDFA for tracking, though you may still see non-personalized ads.

  • Third-Party Partners: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device as described in Google’s Privacy & Terms.

4) Permissions & Storage

The app requests Photos/Storage permissions strictly to save downloaded media to your device. You maintain full control over your gallery. Deleting the app will remove locally stored files unless they have been moved to your permanent system gallery.

5) Data Retention & Linking

  • Linked Data: Identifiers and Purchase History are linked to your identity to ensure your subscription is recognized across your devices.

  • De-identification: Diagnostic data is generally collected in a way that does not link back to your personal identity.

6) Your Choices

  • Opt-Out of Tracking: Manage tracking permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

  • Manage Subscriptions: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.

7) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Significant updates will be notified within the app.
